experienced project manager with a strong background in healthcare

design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the

ability to play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing

healthcare projects that drive positive change in patient care and

operational efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with

clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate

complex requirements into functional and innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities of the successful candidate include: \*Oversee the

planning and implementation of complex healthcare projects. \*Develop

and monitor project plans, keeping the project scope, schedule, budget

and team in mind. \*Ensure team collaboration while creating

deliverables that meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders.

\*Be accountable for the overall success of your projects. Ideal

candidates will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

\*Expertise working with hospital, clinic, and other medical project

types. \*Skills in communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding

project objectives. \*Ability to plan and manage project scopes,

schedules and budgets. \*Experience managing teams of architects,

planners, designers and external consultants. \*Facilitate mentoring and

coaching of less experienced team members. \*Ability to negotiate and

manage owner and consultant agreements. \*Demonstrates strong judgement

and decision-making abilities. \*Experience participating in marketing

and business development efforts. Preferred Qualifications: \*Minnesota
