Diesel Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join a dynamic team for a company who specializes in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty vehicles and construction equipment. Pay Rate : $25-35/hr DOE Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines on construction equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy machinery Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Perform engine overhauls, brake repairs, and component replacements. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications: Minimum 2 + years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic working with construction equipment. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Proficiency in using diagnostic software and repair tools. Must have own tools (preferred). Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
