Job Summary
Job Description
At Harris Integrated Solutions, we believe buildings should work smarter — not harder. As a trusted Automated Logic dealer and building automation leader, we deliver energy-efficient, future-ready solutions that empower our clients to take control of their environments. We don’t just install systems; we build relationships, solve problems, and make complex controls feel like second nature.
We’re currently seeking a customer-first HVAC Controls Service Technician who’s ready to represent Harris in the field with a confident handshake, a sharp mind, and a toolbelt that says, "I’ve got this."
What You’ll Do:
Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Automated Logic building automation systems (BAS) with precision and professionalism.
Partner with clients to understand their comfort and performance concerns — and resolve them with a combination of technical know-how and customer care.
Execute preventative maintenance, perform software and firmware updates, and optimize system performance for energy efficiency and reliability.
Work closely with our engineering and project teams to support seamless system integration and continuous improvements.
Maintain clear and accurate service documentation, from system logs to customer communications.
Embrace opportunities to learn and grow — whether that’s through Harris-led training or manufacturer certifications.
Represent the Harris Integrated Solutions brand in every interaction — always prompt, always professional, always helpful.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in HVAC/BAS service, ideally with Automated Logic systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC sequences, and electrical/control wiring.
A genuine passion for customer service — you don’t just fix the problem, you make someone’s day better.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure (even when the chiller isn’t).
Clear, professional communication skills — both in person and in writing.
A self-starter mindset and the discipline to manage your own schedule effectively.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Technical certification or associate’s degree in HVAC, electronics, or related field preferred.
Why Harris?
Join a family-oriented company with 60 years of excellence and innovation.
Work with the best tools, tech, and teammates in the building automation industry.
Competitive pay, generous benefits, company vehicle, and tools provided.
Be part of a company where your ideas are valued and your growth is supported.
We make buildings smarter — and careers brighter.
