Project Engineer / Estimators

Established hotel developer seeks motivated and experienced Project Engineers/ Estimators to join our growing construction team. Responsibilities include:

• Review contract documents and specifications to identify project needs
• Analyze project requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and RFP’s
• Collaborate with team to understand project scope and timelines
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure project goals are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial building construction estimating and project engineering
• Experience in commercial 1, 2 and 5 building types
• Proficient in concrete, structural steel, and wood structure assemblies
• Familiar with Bluebeam, Primavera or equivalent software
• Candidates must have a thorough understanding of construction document review, and multi-discipline design comprehension
• Possess solid organization, time management and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
