Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all Primavera project schedule and cost related updates throughout the lifecycle of projects assigned.
- Interface with engineering, construction, planning, project management, and other transmission partners to verify updated Primavera schedule, resource, and cost information.
- Conduct and lead project schedule baseline review meetings with team members.
- Analyze project progress and make recommendations as to forecasted costs.
- Maintain estimated costs in Primavera.
- Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with PCG standards.
- Assist in developing metrics and measures for the TE&PS project portfolio.
- Participate in development of project control standards and guidelines.
- Ensure planning, engineering, construction, and project management are following PLMP processes.
- They will mentor and train less experience Project Controls Analysts/Schedulers.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business
- Three to seven years of experience in scheduling or project controls in construction
- Three to seven years of experience interfacing with engineering, construction, planning, and project management
- Three to seven years of experience using Primavera P6
