Are you a motivated leader with a passion for quality and efficiency in manufacturing? Creative Plastics is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee our team in producing high-quality plastic displays. In this key role, you will lead daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and foster a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the fabrication team to ensure timely, safe, and efficient production.
• Supervise daily department operations, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
• Maintain accurate system transactions for inventory and production.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Train team members in fabrication techniques, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and quality teams to optimize workflow.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools and adhesives (or willingness to learn).
• The ability to read GD&T drawings is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory control and production systems.
