Welder - 4th Shift (Aerospace)

Butler County, OH

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Direct Hire | $24.08-$26.08 per hour with a 30% shift differential

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our aerospace manufacturing client in the Butler County, OH area. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join their team on 4th shift (Friday-Sunday, 6 PM - 6 AM). This is a direct hire opportunity with a respected and growing aerospace supplier.

Position Summary

The Welder will be responsible for weldingplex assemblies according to station planning and customer specifications. This includes the setup of welding fixtures and tooling, operation of precision measuring instruments, and use of metal finishing tools to ensure a high-quality finished product. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a safety- and quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Weldplex assemblies per station planning and engineering specs

Set up weld fixtures and tooling prior to operations

Use pneumatic grinders, calipers, pie tapes, micrometers, and other tools for finishing and inspection

Read blues and station plans to ensure product accuracy

Accuratelyplete production documentation, routers, and manufacturing orders

Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work environment following 6S practices

Assist team members in welding and related production tasks

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment

Current welding certification or working toward one

Skilled in GTAW (TIG welding) and familiar with other welding processes

Ability to weld various types of metals

Comfortable using hand/pneumatic tools and overhead cranes

Able to read blues and use precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to followplex work instructions

Excellentmunication and time management skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
