JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description LaForce is looking for a skilled Welder tojoin our Metal Frame Production team. In this role, you\'ll beresponsible for fabricating and assembling hollow metal door framesusing MIG welding and a variety of hand and power tools. If you\'rereliable, safety-focused, and take pride in precision work, we want tohear from you! Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 3:00pm; Friday,6:30am - 12:30pm Pay: \$19/hr. What You\'ll Do: Weld, fit, and assemblelight-gauge sheet metal frames based on shop drawings and work orders.Grind and prep welds to meet quality and finish standards. Use MIGwelding equipment, plasma cutters, grinders, saws, and other fabricationtools. Move materials using forklifts and carts. Maintain a clean,organized, and safe work environment. Support continuous improvement andlean manufacturing initiatives. What You Bring: Experience in MIGwelding (GMAW) and metal fabrication. Ability to read and interpret shopdrawings and production instructions. Comfortable with hand tools andmaterial handling. Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we\'lltrain). Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependableattendance. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, andreach throughout the day. Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull upto 50 lbs. Comfortable working with tools and equipment on your feet allday. Why LaForce?
