Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of industrial equipment and structural components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Assemble, install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment Perform precise alignments and adjustments on mechanical systems Use industrial tools including grinders, torches, and cutting equipment safely and effectively Troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: 3+ years of industrial welding experience preferred Proven millwright experience is a plus (assembly, installation, maintenance of industrial machinery) Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record Must be a team player with a strong work ethic This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth.
