Construction General Laborer

A local construction company is seeking a dependable and physically capable Construction General Laborer to assist with installing residential windows. This role involves moving, lifting, and holding windows in place during installation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical labor, have a strong work ethic, and work well with installation teams on active construction sites.

**JOB DUTIES:**

May include but not limited to the following:

- Move windows to job sites and staging areas

- Hold and stabilize windows during installation procedures

- Assist installation crew with setup, alignment, and finishing work as directed

- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Perform additional general labor duties as needed on site

**Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly

- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Ability to stand, crouch, bend, and climb for extended periods

- Willingness to learn and take direction

**Pay:** $18-$20/hour DOE

**Schedule:**

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM
