Electrician Apprentice

Staffmark is hiring an Electrician Apprentice for a leading manufacturing facility in Clarksville, AR. If you're looking to grow your skills in a hands-on environment where safety, teamwork, and development are top priorities, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Pay: Starting at $23/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday
• Some overtime required

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety guidelines
• Pull wire, run conduit, install components, and assist with troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Report equipment issues and maintain part inventories
• Safely use tools and adapt to changing tasks as needed
• Minimize waste and collaborate with the team effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industrial wiring experience (preferred)
• Able to read tape measures, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated areas
• Comfortable in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment
• Steel-toed shoes and PPE required
• Strong attendance, teamwork, and safety mindset
