Superintendent

Trillium Construction has an immediate need for a Superintendent to oversee the remodel of a credit union into a dental office in Geneseo, IL! Pay is between $40/hr - $45/hr, plus a company car, gas card, and company credit card! Duties: -Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. -Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, labor , materials, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones. -Conduct daily jobsite inspections and enforce all safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA compliance). -Communicate regularly with Project Manager s, Architects, Engineers, and Owners regarding project progress and challenges. -Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation including daily logs, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists. -Assist crews where needed - hanging doors, installing knobs, handles, performing punch list items Apply now! Qualifications: -Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (e.g., retail, office, restaurant, medical) -Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, safety standards, and scheduling software -Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects from start to finish. -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. -Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings - background check, MVR check, and drug screen Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
