Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancementQualifications/Education/Memberships:4 to 8 years of professional experience as a Civil EngineerBroad experience in civil design including hydrology, hydraulics, site, roadway, erosion control, utility and grading plan with a focus on built environment projectsExperience with project managementProficient with AutoCAD civil 3D, with focus on earthworks, grading, drainage, and containment structures (ponds, landfills, waste piles, etc.)Understanding of the municipal land use application processExperience in conducting site visits, construction quality assurance (CQA) and field investigations as necessaryStrong communication and public speaking skillsBachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering requiredFE/EIT is requiredPE is preferred, but on track to become licensed shortly is requiredDiversity, equity, and inclusion (DEandI) are at the core of who we are and want to be.SLR is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
