HVAC Service Technician

Express Employment is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Maintenance Service Technician for a great local reputable company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems. This is a field-based role that requires excellent technical skills and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs Replace or repair worn or defective parts and components Maintain accurate service records and complete job tickets electronically Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and environmental regulations Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Qualifications: 2+ years of HVAC maintenance experience preferred EPA certification strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Work in outdoor and indoor environments, including tight spaces and elevated areas Stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Apply Today!
