JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Job Duties:
Paints all areas by roller, brush or spray. Applies all stains, varnishes or other coatings to be used.
Fabricates walls and frames; hangs, tapes and finishes drywall; install ceiling tile and grid.
Knowledge of life safety and fire stop application and blueprint reading
Must be capable of working around patients, visitors and hospital employees.
Required to adhere to policies and procedures along with maintaining MSDS book for painters.
Cleans, stores ,repairs ,performs preventative maintenance on equipment as needed
Required to clean up any mess incurred while performing a job and clean shop on a rotating basis
Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned:
Recycles all recyclable material when possible.
Performs any other jobs assigned.
Will help on setting up at hospital events ( after hours and some week-ends)
Will help on snow and ice removal.
Required to use computer
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Specifications:
Education: High School graduate. Must be computer literate. Must have a valid driver's license.
Experience: 1 to 2 year's
