Salary range $23-$27.00 per hour. Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reads production drawings/blueprints and constructs wooden forms and block-outs with close tolerance to specifications
Responsible for assembling custom-designed production forms to blueprint specifications
Maintains good housekeeping and always follows safety policies and procedures
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
On-the-job training offered
Some rebar/construction experience is preferred
Must have a clear knowledge of basic measurements and the ability to read a tape measure within 16th of an inch
Must be able to use a wide variety of tools, including but not limited to staple gun, brad nailer, hammer, measuring tape, pneumatic nail gun, pneumatic palm sander, and circular saws
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
Willing to take direction from a lead-man
Performs additional duties as requested or required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be able to use various hand tools or controls; reach with hands and arms
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as laced up ankle steel toe laced up ankle work boots, hard hats, work gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally.
Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently.
Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day.
Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently.
Must be able to use various hand tools or controls; reach with hands and arms
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as laced up ankle steel toe laced up ankle work boots, hard hats, work gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
WORKING CONDITIONS
Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements
Moderate to high risk of safety precautions
Moderate to high exposure to production environment
Wet, hot, humid, and wintry conditions (weather related) (plant specific)
Ability to work outside year-round (plant specific)
