Some things you canexpect to do: Interface closely with Mission Critical Campus GeneralSuperintendent, project Field Managers and lead the safety programacross all construction activities on a mission critical campus. Servesas technical advisor to Safety Professionals, Field Supervision andSubcontractors. Contribute to the safety and health program management,design and continual improvement. Monitors campus constructionactivities and advises management on compliance with applicableregulatory rules, regulations and/or laws. Assist with the companysafety training curriculum to include development of training coursesand teaching of training sessions. Assist project Energy Marshall toensure overall campus compliance of the LOTO program. Provideconsistency, and driving rigor into the LOTO program to ensure theprogram meets or exceeds company safety policy requirements. Utilizinglocal code and standards as the foundation for the energy isolationprogram that is implemented throughout the campus. In coordination withthe project Energy Marshall, Engineering, Commissioning andSubcontractor Team Members establish a centralized Lockout Tag Out(LOTO) procedure with all campus entities and determining if a group orindividual LOTO procedure will be required. Commencement of energyisolation activities with updates on a continuous basis. Informing theRyan Field Managers and Project Management team where LOTO activitiesmay potentially impact data center core operations. Participate inhigh-risk activity (HRA) planning meetings. Assist in high-riskstatements of work (SOWs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) andmethod of procedures (MOPs) are reviewed, and all sources of energy areidentified. Ensuring a process is established that verifiesqualifications, training, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) forpersonnel performing the work. Directs and assists in theinvestigation\...
