Our client in Worcester, MA is looking for Industrial Painters I. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively as a team player, and basic problem-solving skills, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Painter I

Location: Worcester, MA

Pay Range: $17.00/hour (Overtime available)

Whats the Job?

• Paint parts and assembled units

• Guide the loading of products on the paint conveyor

• Ensure proper part flow and sequence

• Operate lifts and burn-off oven

• Set up and maintain powder booths

Whats Needed?

• Ability to pass a pulmonary function test (paid by client)

• Knowledge of industrial painting tools/equipment

• Ability to lift and hang industrial parts

• Familiarity with safety and quality standards

• Team collaboration in a production environment
