Starting Salary: $132K – $159K (Negotiable Based on Experience)

Now, we're looking for a seasoned Chief Estimator to lead our estimating department and set the stage for every successful build.

What You’ll Do:

As Chief Estimator, you’ll be the strategic leader of our estimating team—an expert in preconstruction planning, precision cost analysis, and collaborative project execution. You’ll drive accuracy, profitability, and innovation from the earliest project phases onward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates and executes team management work plan to include: Team management, training and support of estimating team.
• Creates and executes estimating work plan to include: estimate preparation & set up, coordination of bidding activities, posting of plans and specifications to ISQFT and/ or Base Camp.
• Responsible for coordination and solicitation of quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Reviews and understands plans and specifications with the ability to establish complete and proper scopes, recognizes conflicts or problems to provide complete and accurate estimate.
