This position would also be responsible for supervising Construction Inspectors and interacting with Project Managerson the design side, as required for the specific projects.We are offering the following full-time opportunity for a motivated, self-starter to join our team. Our success is reflected in our personal and professional development and our commitment to community stewardship.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing scope and cost proposals.Monitor overall contractor performance to obtain a quality project while maintaining budget.Supervise Transportation Construction Inspectors.Monitor construction in terms of adherence to design, quality control and client objectives.Conduct project meetings and provide detailed status reports to the client.Develop and maintain accurate project documentation.Education and ExperienceA.S. or B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering related field preferredTen (10) years of Transportation Construction Management experienceMust possess valid driver's licenseManagement experience with PennDOT and Construction Inspection projectsHighway, bridge, and other infrastructure project experiencePennDOT TCIS-2 or TCM classificationProven business development skillsStrong interpersonal and project leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with PennDOT, PA Turnpike, or related organizations preferred.Experience working with CDS NextGen and/or Kahua preferred.NICET Level III and/or a valid PA Professional Engineer License preferredEEO StatementLarson Design Group, Inc. is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
