Estimator

Triple 7 Construction, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Fruita, CO 81521. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform typical tasks related  to commercial and civil construction projects; horizontal and vertical
2. Develop scopes of work that result in qualified and competitive bids based on detailed cost estimates
3. Review and analyze blueprints and construction documentation
4. Input data to Procor to create new projects and maintain project tracking
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to create subcontracts and purchase agreements
6. Assist in the development of change orders and value engineering proposals
7. Manage submittals, RFI's and other project communication
8. Assist in creating project schedules; update and maintain active schedules on Microsoft Project

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or related
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Project and Procor; AutoCad is an added benefit
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction to include estimating and project coordinator/engineer: PM experience welcome
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; Spanish language skills are an added benefit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
