Stucco Mason

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Stucco Masons and Laborers for projects located in and around Elbert, CO . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $47.73/hour based on experience and skill level. We are also offering housing and food to locals and travelers, if needed. Job Scope:

• Surface Preparation of Masonry and Wood Substrates (cleaning, patching, installing lath or bonding agents)
• Installation of Moisture Barriers, Wire Mesh, and other Structural Supports for Stucco Systems
• Application of a Traditional 3-Coat Stucco System, Adjusted for High-Altitude Environmental Conditions
• Repair of Existing Stucco and Masonry, Ensuring both Structural Integrity and Aesthetic Consistency
• Finishing Surfaces using Techniques such as Troweling and Texturing
• Working Safely from Scaffolds, Ladders, and Platforms on Rugged, Uneven Terrain
• Implementing Erosion Control and Environmental Protection Measures
• Conducting Quality Checks to Ensure Compliance with Forest Service Standards

Requirements:

• • Previous Stucco Masonry Experience especially with 3-Coat Systems
  • Ability to Work at a Remote Forest Service Locatio
