Structural Engineer - Bridge Inspection Team Leader

A local Civil Engineering firm is looking to add a Structural Engineer to their team. This person will also serve as a Bridge Inspection Team Leader. Please see below for more details.

Job Description/Qualifications:

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5-10+ years of experience in bridge inspection and design
• Successful completion of NHI-130055 (Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges) or NHI-130053 (Bridge Inspection Refresher Training) as well as NHI-130078 (Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges).
• 5+ years of NBIS bridge design and inspection experience
• Maryland PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
• Experience in analysis and design of bridges, structures and structural computer models using such programs as SAP2000, MDX, MIDAS, STAAD, RISA, PennDOT programs, and more

Compensation:

• $75-150k+/year
