Superintendent - INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

A local Construction Management company is looking to add a Superintendent to their laid back, self-motivated team! They work with some of the best clients in the area and are currently managing multiple projects. They are also known for having a flexible work environment, incredible culture, and upper level management!

Job Description/Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent
• Must have expereince with industrial and commercial projects
• Projects could be anywhere from $100k - 3 million
• Manage subcontractors, in house crews, etc.
• Mostly heavy concrete work
• Must have good communication skills

PAY RANGE/BENEFITS:

• $85-110k/year
• Full benefits
