Senior Project Manager - Architecture

Grand Rapids, Michigan Full-Time | $95,000 – $150,000 + Generous Bonuses

Are you a seasoned architectural professional ready to lead complex commercial projects and grow within a dynamic firm? We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide medium to large-scale architectural projects from concept to construction — and help drive team performance, client satisfaction, and design excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership role based in downtown Grand Rapids , offering broad project exposure , team leadership , and long-term career growth .

• Manage projects from design through construction administration

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Set and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

• Act as the main client contact while resolving project challenges proactively

• Mentor and evaluate team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster career development

• Contribute to the improvement of project delivery processes and PM best practices across the firm

• 10+ years of experience in architecture (commercial focus preferred)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; licensure preferred but not required

• Proven success leading teams and managing large-scale design projects

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Procore , and project tracking tools

• Passion for mentorship, client service, and driving team excellence

• $95,000–$150,000 base salary based on experience + bonuses twice annually
