CCS Construction Staffing is looking for experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for immediate work in Charleston, SC. This is a temp-to-permanent hire opportunity with a contractor who values reliable, skilled tradesmen. The work involves commercial duct installation - rectangular and spiral - from rough-in through finish.

We're hiring only top-level tradesmen. If you cannot commit to a 40-hour workweek, work well on a team, or stay drug-free on the job, please do not apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install rectangular and spiral duct in commercial buildings

• Read layout drawings and perform accurate installations

• Operate hand tools and lifts safely and efficiently

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and follow foreman instruction

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC duct installation

• Must have basic tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 is a plus
