This position will require you to work independently and as part of larger multi-disciplinary teams. Duties and Responsibilities
Detailed knowledge and experience in the electrical discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines
Quality control for project design in the office and around the region
Evaluation and selection of electrical systems, such as distribution voltage levels, and equipment such as Switchgear and Motor Control Center
Understand and apply discipline codes, standards, and legislation
Ability to complete field investigations of electrical installations
Ability to support local construction activities and respond to technical Requests for Information (RFI) in a timely manner
Power system design for municipal and industrial loads
Lighting design proficiency in industrial settings
Ability to use CAD tools (SKM, AGI32, and MicroStation)
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, showing resilience, emotional composure, and self-management
Ability to lead discipline teams, including engineers and technicians
Able to mentor and train junior team members
Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating commitment to achieving group objectives

Here's what you'll need
B.S. in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent, plus applicable registrations
Minimum 10+ years' relevant industry experience preferred
Registered Professional Licensure
Ideally,you'll also have
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience within the Water and Wastewater Market
