Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $25.00-$30.00hour based on experience

As Lead Industrial Painter, you'll be at the forefront of our finishing operationsbringing bold metal structures to life and helping power industrial projects across the country.
This is your chance to take ownership, optimize processes, and mentor otherswhile working alongside top-tier sheet metal craftsmen in a respected union environment.
What You'll Do
As our Lead Industrial Painter, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of painting and coatings in a dynamic industrial fabrication shop. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing metal surfaces using media blasting, masking, and mechanical methods
Mixing and ing coatings per industry standards and client specs
Operating and maintaining paint equipment, including spray tools and blast booths
Loading and unloading large fabrications using a forklift
Organizing inventory of paints, tools, and supplies and managing orders with the Shop Manager
Ensuring safetypliance and using proper PPE at all times
Leading by example, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members
Collaborating with sheet metal workers, occasionally assisting in fabrications using tools such as press brakes, grinders, and shears
What You Bring
Required:
Minimum 3 years of industrial painting experience
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and safety-first mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, stoop, and work in various physical conditions
Excellentmunication skills and a collaborative spirit
Proven work ethic and reliability
Preferred:
Previous experience in a lead or foreman role
Familiarity with industrial fabrication tools and processes
