Project Architect - $80K-$100K

• Lead full lifecycle design on a wide variety of projects including civic, education, housing, hospitality, and commercial spaces

• Translate client goals into creative, buildable solutions

• Manage and produce detailed construction documents with technical accuracy and artistic quality

• Collaborate with in-house and external consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a vibrant, collaborative design culture

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture

• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite

• Solid understanding of codes, documentation, and construction detailing

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture (Licensure preferred, but not required)

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 , commensurate with experience
