Project Architect / Team Leader

Green Bay, WI Full-Time | $90,000–$125,000 DOE + Bonus + Profit Sharing

A highly respected, multidisciplinary design and engineering firm with over 40 years of legacy is seeking a Project Architect / Team Leader to join their growing team in Green Bay, Wisconsin . This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on complex and rewarding projects across the commercial, government, education, and industrial sectors —while working in a collaborative, team-first culture.

• Lead and manage architecture projects from design to completion

• Assign and oversee tasks, budgets, and project schedules

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors

• Develop construction documents and ensure code compliance

• Guide project delivery methods including bidding and negotiations

• Support and mentor junior staff and promote design excellence firm-wide

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience

• 5+ years as a project manager or team leader

• Licensed Architect in Wisconsin preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Proficiency in Revit (2+ years minimum) and standard documentation software

• Strong knowledge of commercial, institutional, or industrial building @types

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Experience in proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client development is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience

• Salary Range: $90,000–$125,000 , depending on experience
