Project Architect / Project Manager

Appleton, WI Area | Full-Time | $85,000–$110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experienced architect ready to step into a key leadership role? We’re hiring a Project Architect or Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join a respected, full-service architecture and engineering firm that’s been shaping Wisconsin’s built environment for over 40 years .

This is a unique opportunity to manage high-impact projects in multi-family, commercial, and light industrial architecture —from design through construction—while working with a dedicated team that values excellence, collaboration, and career growth.

• Lead projects from conceptual design through construction documents and administration

• Manage project timelines, budgets, client communication, and design coordination

• Produce high-quality, code-compliant documentation using Revit

• Collaborate with internal engineers and external consultants to deliver integrated solutions

• Guide clients through approvals and permitting

• Mentor junior staff and support firmwide design standards and efficiency

• 5+ years of experience in architecture (multi-family, commercial, or industrial preferred)

• Proficiency in Revit required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Licensed architect preferred , or actively pursuing licensure

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• A drive for client satisfaction, design integrity, and team leadership

• Salary: $85,000–$110,000 , depending on experience
