Qualifications for Superintendent

• 10+ years of Mechanical Contracting experience.
• Three years of experience as a Superintendent .
• Demonstrated success in progressive leadership roles with a stable work history.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills & Demonstrated Leadership Success.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
