Job Title: Licensed Journeyman Plumber - Part Time (DOE F)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is looking for a Licensed Journeyman Plumber - Part Time in Washington, DC. The schedule is Saturday 11:00pm – 7:00am. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule: Saturday 11:00pm – 7:00am
  • Performs all plumbing trade functions necessary to install, maintain and repair fixtures, equipment and systems per contract requirements
  • Performs preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and components as required by the company
  • Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs on a wide variety of commercial plumbing issues
  • Share knowledge with other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Three to six years experience in the plumbing trade required
  • Journeyman Plumber License in DC or MD required
  • Master Plumber license preferred
  • Backflow certification and gas license preferred

  • Extensive knowledge with practical experience in commercial plumbing systems and equipment
  • Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers, coordinators, and management.
  • Must be computer literate and/or can learn.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an L-level security clearance
  • Must be able and willing to work the schedule: Saturday: 11:00pm – 7:00am
