PTS Advance is seeking a skilled Scheduler to support turnaround, capital, and maintenance projects in Richmond, CA. The Scheduler will play a critical role in project execution by developing and managing detailed schedules that ensure alignment across teams and project milestones in a dynamic industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Plan and support turnarounds and shutdowns, ensuring schedules align with key deliverables.
- Track and incorporate change orders into master schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain accurate, achievable timelines.
- Facilitate and lead schedule review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Provide daily/weekly reporting, progress updates, and variance analysis.
- Identify scheduling risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Proven hands-on experience with Primavera P6 in turnaround or industrial project settings.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or other heavy industrial sectors.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
