Our client, a leader in the commercial facilities management industry, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Murfreesboro, TN

Shift: Monday- Friday . 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities.
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.
  • Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Utilize CMMS systems for work order management and submit daily reports.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R.
  • Type II EPA Certification and a valid state drivers license.
  • Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical conditions.
