Welder

EMIT Technologies, Inc. is seeking multiple Welders to join our team. This role is responsible for welding parts, according to blueprints and instructions, based on your daily production scheduled expectations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Complete priority weld hours daily: 10%
• Ensure parts have proper fitment. Cutting, bending, grinding may be required: 60%
• Ensure the finished product meets specified quality standards by referencing blueprints: 15%
• Ability to read blueprints. Escalate errors or necessary changes in process to Team Leader: 10%
• Keep areas and tools organized, clean and clear of potential hazards. Complete the weekly welder checklist: 5%

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Stand, walk and move for an entire shift.
• Always use applicable PPE.
• Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials.
