Spray Foam Insulation Installer Up To $2,000 Hiring Bonus For Experienced Sprayers!

Summary:

• Installing spray foam insulation in single family, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout the area.
• Full-time position, hourly pay and per piece pay (Average Pay of: $15-$25+/hour).
• W2 Employee (Mon-Fri: 7-4:30+, Occasional Saturdays)

Job Requirements:

• Loads and logs materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials.
• Erects ladders and scaffolds.
• Checks netting for areas that may need blocking, and prepares machine by checking oil, belts, and obstructions.
• Operates equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/holding a hose up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 lbs.
• Climbs ladders and crawls in attics frequently throughout the day.
• Checks density in wall areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools, including tape measure, laser level, and drill.
• Able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to perform basic math skills and read a tape measure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work in tight and confined places like attics and crawlspaces.
• Able to work independently and/or with a crew.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Valid Drivers license preferred; a Motor Vehicle Report will be completed, contingent upon employment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees with spray hose in hand.
