Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in managing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Additionally, you will support financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. Your role will involve participating in scope buyout and subcontractor coordination while ensuring project compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. Collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals will be essential, and you will utilize project management software to maintain accurate records and reporting. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Support financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Participate in scope buyout and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Utilize project management software to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
- Strong background in project engineering, RFIs, submittals, and financial oversight.
- Proficiency in Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and familiarity with project coordination.
- Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects preferred.
- Construction Supervisor License or equivalent is a plus.
