Location: Murfreesboro, TN

Pay: $32.00hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift

This is a field-based position covering multiple sites. You'll have your own truck, a gas card, and the support of a solid team behind you. If you're reliable, hands-on, and want a role w no two days are the same, this is your chance.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, chillers, and walk-in coolersfreezers

Commercial Building Maintenance

Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently

Monitor equipment operation and optimize performance to meet energy standards

Maintain and repair building systemsmechanical, plumbing, lighting, and minor electrical

Perform inspections, identify issues, and resolve problems independently

Document maintenance activities and work orders in CMMS

Travel between facilities with your provided truck and tools

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience inmercial HVACR and facility maintenance

Strong understanding of HVACponents includingpressors, TXVs, motors, belts, and thermostats

Commercial Building Maintenance exp required

Ability to read schematics, diagnose faults, and performplex repairs

EPA 608 Universal Certification required

Basic skills across plumbing, electrical, and building systems are a plus

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Self-starter mentalityyou know how to prioritize and take ownership of your work

Pay Details: $32.00 to $33.00 per hour
