program. We are seeking a highly skilled, highly motivated Lighting

Installer. This position will be responsible for installation,

maintenance and repairs of various lighting systems for industrial and

commercial projects, ensuring that all fixtures are installed to the

quality and safety standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High

School Diploma or equivalent, technical training in electrical systems

or related field is preferred. Licensed journeyman would be a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in construction, electrical work,

electrical installation, lighting design or related field. Ability to

read and interpret technical drawings Travel: 75-100% Work Schedule:

This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through

Friday, but may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights,

weekends, and holidays. The ability to work a flexible schedule is

necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \* Assist in the installation of various

lighting fixtures in industrial and commercial settings \* Learn to read

and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate

installation \* Support the team in performing electrical wiring and

connections under the guidance of senior installers \* Participate in

site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential

challenges \* Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain

a safe working environment \* Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring

they are in good working condition \* Contribute to team meetings and

provide feedback on installation processes \* Understanding of lighting

technologies, including LED, lighting controls and traditional fixtures

\* Familiarity with tools used in lighting installation The job
