Job Description

Job Purpose
Join Wethered Timberworks LLCs small, hands-on crew as a versatile carpenter. You will fabricate, construct, and repair wood structures, following blueprints and oral instructions, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.

Duties

• Perform varied carpentry tasks, including framing, setting trusses, installing windows, doors, and roofing systems, and interior/exterior finishing.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine materials and dimensions.
• Prepare layouts for structures like cabinets, partitions, floors, trim, and doors.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Ensure structures are accurate, level, and securely installed, meeting Wethered Timberworks high standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite; good housekeeping is the first rule of safety.
• Communicate effectively within a small, supportive team, promoting safety and quality.
• Work efficiently across multiple project sites and in all weather conditions.
