Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer Location: Chandler, Arizona 85286 Duration: 18+ months On Site Work Job ref# 241773 Required Skills: 8+ Years of hands-on experience at scale on Middleware Messaging environments including IBM MQ (aka WebSphere MQ), IBM Message Broker (ACE/IIB), KAFKA, Solace MQ Administration performing activities build, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, deploys, configuring, patching and compliance. Experience in configuring MQ Queue Managers and troubleshooting issues involving MQ Clusters. Creating, configuring, and maintaining MQ Objects like Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, Topics zOS Mainframe experience a plus. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including leadership. Strong team or technical leadership experience Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 12+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Good understanding of MQ monitoring tools like IR360 Additional Skills: Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment. Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area. Provide implementation support for key risk initiatives. Experience with IBM MQ on zOS, zLinux, AIX is a plus Experience with IBM MQ Appliance Understanding Incident Management System (ServiceNow preferred) Monitoring Alerts, Batch Failures, Service Now Queue. Handle outage calls efficiently, triage any issues, and fix them.
