PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications
• Demonstrated leadership ability to coordinate a team to develop a large multi-disciplinary estimates
• Determine labor and equipment costs
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Understand all bid documents and assess project risks
• Review quotes and estimates with the project team
• Prepare estimates and different levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.)
• Orchestrate meeting with owners, clients and engineers
• Serve as company interface between owner & client
• Responsible for developing leadership, motivation, and communication with owners, subs and project team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field is preferrred
• Experience working on large multi-million-dollar projects exceeding $5 Million dollars is preferred
• Advanced computer skills with estimating software
• Effective presentation skills
• Advanced Computer skills
• Extensive knowledge of construction concrete costs and engineering principles
• Understand all aspects of estimating concrete and asphalt
