Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate estimates for projects
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare estimates
- Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and pricing

Position Essential Job Functions:
- 5 years of experience in estimating
- Strong background in demolition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $110,000-120,000
