The Unified Collaboration Platforms (UCP) team resides within Accenture's CIO organization. The following applications are part of UCP:

  1. Microsoft Teams

  2. Viva Engage (~Yammer)

  3. Slack, and

  4. Zoom

  5. Copilot

We are managing the end-to-end service (Operations, Initiative and project, Automation/testing) of these applications.

You Are:

A Microsoft Teams Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Teams solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Teams solutions, including integration with other Microsoft 365 services, custom apps etc.

  • Lead design sessions with vendor and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.

  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Teams features and updates.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Teams.

Travel is not required for this role, or it would very minimal.

Preferred locations: Any location in US (preferred Central Time Zone)

Qualification

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business/Lync 2013 design, deployment and maintaining services.

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

  • Good understanding with other collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive.

  • Good Understanding of Teams Enterprise Voice and reporting tool.

  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and identity management.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • You have team lead experience

  • You have experience on ADO or any other Agile Project Management tool

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
