Job Title: Entry-Level Mechanical Drafter
Location: Greater Milwaukee Area
Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Mechanical Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HVAC systems and abackgroundin mechanical drafting. This role involves creating detailed drawings and plans for HVAC projects, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and plans for HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify drawings.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and reports.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and project files.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.84/hr.
