Jobsite Construction Superintendent

Must have at least 5-10 years of job site Superintendent experience, in commercial construction.

Must be sufficient on microsoft excel, read/make schedules, do daily reports, order materials and operate a computer.

Must be able to manage a crew of 5 or more, and coordinate subcontractors.

Must understand the process for installation on concrete, rough framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, and specialty finishes

Must be able to manage foreman's meetings, progress meetings and safety meetings.

Must be able to read blueprints, do punchlists, write RFI's, develope as-built drawings, understand submittals.
