Our goal is not just to give you a job but to give you a career while creating a place where you can build your career vision.Full benefits package to include:Paid vacation, personal days and holidays.401KHealth InsuranceDental and VisionCompany-paid Life and DisabilityWe are a drug-free workplace and an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.Starting pay depends on experience.***Duties and Responsibilities:***- Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials- Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, and interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plumb bob, and laser levels- Builds forms, places, and finishes concrete- Erect steel components for custom-engineered metal buildings and install insulation, wall panels, and roof panels- Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required- Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws- Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment- Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools- Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props using hand tools, wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue- Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace using hand tools- Installs ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork within structures- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean jobsite and maintain tools provided by H.A. Dorsten, Inc.- Moves necessary materials around the jobsite as assigned- Cleans up worksite debris- Other duties as assigned***Additional skills to help you be successful at H.A.
