licensed plumber for commercial project (N. Portland) compensation: TBD I am a GC working on a commercial building. We are adding 2 restrooms and a couple of sinks. I am looking for a plumber who can pull permits and get the job done quickly this August. I am hoping to find a reliable plumber who I can work with on a continuing basis. I only hire individuals who do the work themselves. I don't want to talk to a sales team or estimator. This project is on a tight budget and we are open to any outside the box ideas on how to save on the project. I am able to do all of the demo, coordinating and some aspects of the plumbing myself.
