Building Superintendent ( Multi - Family High - Rise )

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Building Superintendent with 10+ years of experience managing multi-family high-rise properties. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Super License and have a strong background in building operations, preventative maintenance, tenant relations, and NJ code compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-rise residential building

• Perform and coordinate repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance

• Manage and supervise porters, maintenance, and contracted vendors

• Respond promptly to emergencies and after-hours calls

• Maintain inventory of supplies and order parts/materials as needed

• Foster positive tenant relationships and handle maintenance requests professionally

• Keep accurate records of work orders, inspections, and regulatory filings

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Building Superintendent in multi-family high-rise buildings

• Valid NJ Superintendent License

• Strong knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and safety procedures

• Experience with building management software (preferred)

• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical tasks as needed

• Excellent organizational and communication skill
